Item description
Do you feel that everyday life is becoming increasingly draining—that you sometimes feel very sad, overwhelmed, or tense/anxious and tend to withdraw—perhaps because few things bring joy anymore, or anxiety is taking over your daily life? I am here to support you in finding new ways to cope with these or other psychological challenges. Here is an overview of the areas I work with:
Therapeutic Methods
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – Change Begins in the Present
Sometimes, a full course of psychotherapy is not necessary or indicated. In certain cases, it is more about support through a challenging personal or professional situation, guidance during times of change, or working through specific questions. For these situations, I offer coaching and psychological counseling sessions, where we work together on your individual concerns.
ACT – Acceptance and Values-Based Living
I offer scientifically grounded diagnostics that can also be completed from the comfort of your home. The assessment includes several interviews, a biographical anamnesis, and a set of standardized questionnaires. The findings will be discussed in detail, and you will receive a comprehensive report along with therapy recommendations.

Schema Therapy
The couples therapy offering is designed for individuals experiencing relationship problems or crises. In these sessions, both partners participate and are actively involved in the therapeutic process. The goal is to jointly analyze the causes of recurring and/or ongoing conflicts, promote mutual understanding, identify potential solutions, and develop constructive ways forward.
EMDR – Processing Distressing Experiences
I also offer online psychotherapy. No matter where you live or are currently located, you can access your therapy from anywhere. There’s no need for long travel—your sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home or wherever you happen to be for work. Therapy becomes part of your familiar, safe environment.
