Studies show that online psychotherapy is comparable in effectiveness to on-site therapy. Even in the digital setting, a trusting and stable therapeutic relationship can be built. In addition, online therapy offers practical advantages – such as greater flexibility and time savings.

Online therapy usually begins with five initial sessions, during which we get to know each other, discuss your concerns, and decide together whether psychotherapy is the right path for you. This is followed by short-term therapy with 12–24 sessions. Sessions typically take place weekly and last 50 minutes each.

For Privately Insured Patients: As a licensed psychological psychotherapist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, I am registered with the Medical Register of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Lower Saxony. Private health insurance usually covers the costs of psychotherapy. Please clarify the details of coverage with your insurance provider in advance.Billing is based on the GOP/GOÄ fee schedule (as of July 1, 2024). You will receive a monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
For Self-Paying Clients: As a self-paying client, you benefit from maximum flexibility: no bureaucracy, quick appointment scheduling, and no need to record a diagnosis. The duration and scope of therapy are defined individually, without any minimum number of sessions.Typically, therapy begins with 5 initial sessions, followed by short-term therapy with 12–24 sessions. Fees are also transparently based on the GOP schedule.

As I do not have a license for publich health insurance, sessions cannot be billed through that. However, you are welcome to book online psychotherapy sessions on a self-pay basis. If you have private health insurance, you can usually submit the costs for reimbursement.

For now, I offer psychotherapy exclusively online. For this, I use a provider certified by the German National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KBV) to ensure a secure and encrypted video connection. In addition to working in Germany, I am also based in Mallorca, where I offer Coaching in person by appointment. I look forward to hearing from you.
Coaching Online and in Mallorca
Not every situation requires or indicates psychotherapy. Sometimes it is more about support during challenging professional or private situations, guidance through personal change, or working together on specific questions. That is why I offer Coaching, where we focus on your concerns without diagnosis or formal therapy.
I provide this both online and in person in Mallorca – in a safe setting and relaxed atmosphere. If you are on the island and would like personal support in a one-to-one conversation, I look forward to hearing from you.
EMDR — Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
EMDR is a scientifically validated psychotherapy method originally developed for the treatment of trauma-related disorders. Through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, distressing memories are reprocessed in the brain, reducing their emotional intensity.Today, EMDR is used not only for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), but also effectively for anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and issues related to self-esteem. I offer EMDR as part of psychotherapy to help integrate difficult experiences into a healthy processing pathway, fostering inner stability and creating new freedom to act.
ADHD Assessment for Adults
AD(H)D has many faces. Perhaps you have suspected it for some time yourself, or friends and colleagues have drawn your attention to certain behaviors. A comprehensive assessment can provide clarity and help you gain more confidence in dealing with your challenges.
I offer a scientifically grounded assessment based on the latest research, which you can also complete from home. The diagnostic process includes several interviews, a biographical history, and the completion of various questionnaires.
