It all begins with an idea.

My Values

In my practice, you as a person are at the center. It is important to me that you feel seen, truly understood, and taken seriously—with all your experiences, strengths, and challenges.

I place great value on a respectful, authentic, and trusting relationship at eye level. Transparent communication is just as essential to me as a clearly structured and collaboratively designed therapeutic process.

To me, working in a needs-oriented way means focusing on your individual concerns, life circumstances, and personal resources. Together, we will develop a treatment path that is tailored to you. In doing so, we draw on the many possibilities of cognitive behavioral therapy and work integratively with methods from schema therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.

I support you in developing new perspectives and expanding your ability to take action. Throughout the therapeutic process, we will uncover what already lies within you—and explore how you can make meaningful use of your personal strengths in the future.

Born and having spent my early childhood in Mallorca, I always knew: one day, I would return to the South. But first, life took me North. After completing my psychology degree in Hamburg, I moved to Düsseldorf, where I gained valuable professional and personal experience.

I completed my training as a psychological psychotherapist at the Academy for Behavioral Therapy (AVT) in Cologne. I am also currently pursuing a doctorate in the field of forensic addiction therapy at Ruhr University in Bochum.

Now back in Mallorca, a personal circle has come full circle for me, and I am excited to continue my therapeutic work here. I am warmly supported by my dog Alma, who accompanies therapy sessions with her gentle presence.
